Pick the plan and decide monthly or annual first. Annual prepayment on the day of signing takes a further 10 points off the listed price — up to 20% off year one.
Name a monthly price inside the band. It can never exceed the listed price and is never accepted below the listed price less 10%.
Put a card on file. It is saved with Square, our payment processor, before the wheel arms. Nothing is charged until the wheel stops.
Spin once. You receive the lower of your named price and the rate the wheel lands on. You are favoured: two draws, the better counts. The result is binding the moment the server records it — it cannot be cancelled, re-spun or exited, and refreshing changes nothing. Your card is charged that exact price.
36-month contract from the day you spin, then renews every 12 months unless you give 90 days' written notice before the term ends. Prepay the first year and half of the provisioning fee is waived; monthly billing includes the full fee. Cancelling early, or without that notice, makes any waived part of the provisioning fee (half on a prepaid year) due at that time. Name Your Own Price applies to the first-year bill only.

This is the whole of what you agree to when you spin, in addition to the IPMS Platform License Terms. It does not change after the spin.

The band

Your named price applies to the first year of a 36-month contract. It can never exceed the listed price of $899.00/month, and no plan is ever priced below the listed price less 10% ($809.10/month for Olympus). The wheel offers 40 rates inside that band; you receive the lower of your named price and the rate the wheel lands on.

Annual prepayment

Decide before you play: pay year one in full on the day of signing and a further 10 points come off the listed price, on top of the wheel — up to 20% off in total. Years two and three are billed at the listed price with the standing 10% annual discount if you keep paying annually.

Binding result

The result of the spin is final and binding on both parties the moment the server records it, before the wheel finishes turning. It cannot be cancelled, re-spun, or exited. Refreshing or closing the page changes nothing: reopening your link shows the same locked price, and your card is charged that exact price.

Card on file

To participate, a valid credit or debit card must be on file before the wheel will arm. It is saved with Square, our payment processor, and charged the first payment when the wheel stops and each renewal after it. If a payment is declined we ask for another card; a renewal still unpaid seven days after its due date suspends the account until it is paid.

Term, renewal and notice

The contract begins on the calendar day you spin, in your practice's time zone, and runs 36 months. It then renews automatically for 12 months at a time unless you give written notice at least 90 days before the end of the current term; notice received later takes effect at the end of the following term.

Provisioning fee

The infrastructure build-out and provisioning fee for Olympus is $15,600, charged once with the first payment. Prepay the first year and half of the $15,600 provisioning fee is waived; monthly billing includes the full fee. Cancelling early, or without that notice, makes any waived part of the provisioning fee (half on a prepaid year) due at that time; it is charged to the card on file.

Provisioning delay

Any delay in provisioning your environment that is not caused by your practice extends the contracted term of use by the same number of days, at no charge.

Year one only

Name Your Own Price applies to the first-year bill only. The e-prescribing allowance, seats, add-ons, license terms, arbitration and chargeback provisions of the IPMS Platform License Terms apply unchanged.
